Yes, but customs duties may apply when ordering outside the EU.

When do you release the next drop?

The drop dates will be announced on this website and on my Instagram @bykatrinegoli. The drops are non-seasonal and vary in the number of items per drop.

An item I like is sold out - will it be available for purchase again?

Yes, but it depends on the product. 

  

​How long time will it take to make a 'made to order' product and shipping?

1 Week to make. Shipping is calculated at the checkout

Every item is handmade by Katrine Goli in Copenhagen, Denmark.

How do I wash the items?

All items:

30 degrees

Towel items: After laundry, it is a good idea to tuble dry your towel set at low - medium heat to keep the softness in it. Try to avoid ironing towel items, and steam them instead.

Can I return an item?

14 day return policy. Please note that producing each style takes time and resources, as they are handmade, made to order and hand-printed.
